Roses, Hydrangeas and Peonies. Oh my!

This fresh floral cake was created for a wedding 
at the lovely Central Park Boathouse.  

Handcrafted cream-colored roses, pink peonies and bluish purple 
hydrangeas and touches of buds and greenery were made of sugar.

A Replica of a New York Original: The Frick Museum

This replica of the lovely Frick Museum was painstakingly designed to scale and attention was paid to every architectural detail from the bas relief to the balustrade to the Ionic columns.  
The grass on the lawn was texturized by hand, all blossoms on the tree were made of sugar and around the back is a pond with hand-cut lily pads.
